Could please someone explain what is the purpose of bathroom in this game?

How exactly do you do that? I wanna make her really thicc but with small breasts.
Does someone know how to make her go to toilet or take a bath? I have played around 6 hours and she just eats, stands near the washing machine, stands in her room, and sleep.
drinks make her go pee eventually.. if you fill the meter..
as for baths, i think it was when i got her very hot, sweaty, and/or dirty.. it seemed like that's when she did it more often..
..and on a side note: damn that girl can bounce when she has multi-orgasms.. especially at midnight in the bed
Just to be sure we are on the same page: did you use a full save? no? started from new game? did you then recive a Tutorial pop up (just advance story, it's one of thoes where one day you are informed something new is unlocked) with all this? because that is needed.
Then, just give her drinks and similar as shown on the tutorial pop up. Sorry, can't help more since I'm not into people urinating. For the bath, just buy thoes wierd drink like stuff from the tv shop (if you don't know what I mean, and you DID check out all of the options, it means you haven't unlocked them yet), and equip them, double click to materialise the item, and just click and cover her. Wait some time until hopefully she goes to have a bath.
Also since the following question keep poping up: open the meniu, select food, double click to consume and increase timmer (and stamina), this is how you extend the timmer.
I'm using my own save from new game, I already unlocked the papuco drinks and made her drink and splashed her body, she just isn't moving or doing anything at all other than going to eat or following me.
I guess I had the bad luck to run into a really specific bug this time.
for those who want to know which value corresponds to which body part in es3. i could be wrong but this is what i gathered
0 = bust
1 = face
2 = waistline
3 = butt
4 = thighs
5 = legs
6 = arms
7 = hips
8 = belly
