its a bug try to go into the elevator and then in to the room where the co-workers are

There was a thing on my playthrough where i went to the office on day 2 (i think) and when i entered the elevator i pressed the wrong arrow and it took my back to the reception and it repeated the dialog from day 1.
I rolled back and went the other way and it was just fine.
So maybe you took the wrong turn and that's where your game got fucked up.

I don't have any saves from that point.
Check your autosaves, maybe you will find something from day 1 or early day 2.

After you use the elevator you have 2 arrows, one takes you back and the other takes you further into the office.
When you go back it will trigger a day 1 ending scene, and the receptionist will ask you "how was your first day" even though you're on day 2.
I don't know if that's the thing that fucked up your save though.
Try finding an autosave from before day 2, or just replay the whole game.
There is still a bunch of content after that, so do not give up!

One good thing about this game so far - is renders. I really enjoying the models(though anime style of cloth physics is silly looking).
Other than that, everything else seems rather subpar.
Writing is just plain bad. While some of the incongruity(mainly MC behaviour) can probably be excused as by-product of trying to dodge legal troubles, overall quality of writing is shit, pure and simple.
Dialogue is horrible. It reads like retarded aliens attempt at making a stage play based solely on shitty porn they've seen.
And the language barrier that seemingly exists doesn't help either.
Sex scenes are laughable. Not unusual for this type of games sadly, but i still wish author did something better than just slightly below average. Every-time i see "surprise" anal scene that's also done without copious amounts of lube i cringe so fucking hard.
Main plot also looks shitty. Entire 0.4.1 arc exist just to shoehorn MC into the role of sole breadwinner. Sure, i like it when that happens, it appeals to my "male fantasy" something fierce, but in that particular case it was poorly done.
''Gameplay'' as of right now is rather shallow and at times needlessly tedious. I get the "necessity" of padding the runtime(i don't like this practise, but i sorta get why would someone use it) and i can only hope it might get rework in the future, when game is more feature complete(one can dream, right?).

After taking the items from pantry this happens just after pressing back button. Not able to click anything and just stuck there. Any help?

When you open the bag, select a picture frame, and close the window, hover your mouse cursor over the wall to make a mark ... you can place other objects like this.
