Kinda easy to explain. German Gov want to have a legit age verification process for the steam store, steam said no and decided to geoblock germany for adult content. It's easier for them to block a country and it costs less then implement an age verification (what could mean, that they make less money because minors cannot buy 18+ games anymore).

I agree with you. He should do his research on the content of the games he plays and avoid it and move on if he feels this strongly about it. But at the same time i can understand his frustration Lesbian content is the largest forced content on this site. Some will throw incest content at you for forced content but i don't count it because it has to be patched in. You can't patch out lesbian content although sometimes can be avoidable or skipable.

Just a question, what is with the already purchased games then ? how do you access those ? or is the Blocade only for the 18+ games, knowing how the Law works in Germany If Steam dont join "FSK" (acronym for Voluntary auto Control equivalent to the US age restriction) No games at all am I right ?
The already purchased ones stay, you paid them, they cannot delete them from your account. For other games like e.g. Dying Light (the first one) that is not accessible through the german store, you can purchase it from other sources (keystores) and add it to the library, that is possible and has no restrictions at all. It would be possible for porn games as well i guess, but they have no keys available at keystores.

Realm 2 will be a continuation of Realm 1, so saves will be continued from your current saves. We still just need to work out the best way to do everything with regard to that, like a whole game download and potentially offering a Realm 2-only download to reduce people having to download bigger and bigger files each time. We will communicate it nearer the release, once we've worked it all out

I understand needing support, but Early Access games with that little of content can make players nuke your reviews and put the game in an early hole.

Unless the initial release is labeled more of a demo and playable for free, then you are probably golden.

I just remember Inceton put that crappy mess Inside Jennifer on Steam and was mystified when it got nuked for having no audio at all. Some folks over there are a bit picky.
On the other hand, if FreshWomen can sell 200k units in a few months and have about the same amount of content, probably less actually, unless you replay the lewd scenes, this game should do quite well.
I like this idea of keeping them separate to keep the download size more manageable. Some other devs use an export/import system for saves between chapters. Perhaps you could ask them how that's done so you could do the same thing.
