Strong ruler: all will respect you out of fear, and you are prone to plots against you.
Fair ruler: all will respect you and follow you out of sympaty, alliances will be more easy, the loyality is higher.
but I don't know if the dev followed that principle.

Weird, is this a fresh install of the game? I mean did you just installed the game and give you the error when trying to run the game? No mods added or files overwritten or changed? I can try to upload just that file scene28.rpym in a zip file from my installation and you overwrite over yours on that location that says on the error (saying it is defined twice) but probably can be simply a bad installation (like a duplicate file) or a corrupted download if is a fresh installation.
Try to install fresh the game again or even download the game again from another uploader, but I have more questions. Like is it the first time playing the game or you played it before and ran fine?
It was easier for me if I understood totally what is written in that traceback, also if you have added more information on what conditions you got that error.

yes fresh install but i have played it before around august last year. I installed the multi-mod and the twin patch. it work earlier today even with the traceback but when i exited out the game earlier now i can launch it. its the compressed version by the way.

Ah so you probably don't have the zip file to install the game again right? If so then download it and install it and then apply the mod and the twins patch again. That is the best advice I can give you, seems that installation is doomed hehe you can cut/copy the save folder and then move it inside the game folder but the saves are also usually backed up in the appdata renpy folder on your computer system so you should have access to your saves anyway.

I just deleted then re-extracted and copied both mods but the game is taking forever to pop up now

I edited my previous post with the link for the compressed v0.21 remastered in case you need to download it again. It has the twins patch already applied, you don't need it to apply it again btw.
Are there any requirements for the spanking scenes? How many spanking scenes are there?

So far I haven't noticed anything besides a few small dialogue differences. That being said, having lucius do it raises her potential a lot so I anticipate it's the better choice.

Currently Having an issue where i cant access my saves or load anything and i believe it is due to me bein a dork and using brackets in the save name. Is there a way to rectify this myself or could i wipe the data from my laptop and start from the imported save for part 1+2? Please and Thank you.
I download the game, i start it, i'm too stupid to not notice before that i download the part 3 and not part 1, i get spoiler of almost all of those games in just 2 minutes, i quit, i unnistall, i download the part 1 correctly this time, nothing surprise me because i already know everything, fuck
