Yes this, but I don't believe I installed the patch correctly because I can click the last option but I don't see the message where it says this like on your picture

you just drop whole folder in /game folder all that is to it, if thats the case

it says it detects two instances of the 'patch" file, and the game crashes before it starts if I just drop the whole patch in it tho

well make sure you unrar/unzip it 1st and then drop whole folder in
also do clean extraction , it should be crashing cause of that

They haven't had much impact yet, but we plan to add some variations at later points in the game, depending on which way you are leaning.

I wish i could.... idk what the problem is with the german law, but cant see AVN's on steam... What a Prude Country lel
(And no i dont use a VPN even if i did, doesnt change anything cause my Steam Account was created in Germany steam blocks this store switching with vpn unfortunately.)
