Both are Futa variations of scenes you have already unlocked (the slug breeder and the upper hole in the fuck station). You need to move your slider to the futa side in the beginning of the game to get them.

Either the MC is made to watch, or the MC observes willingly, or the MC watches from hiding; agreed. Then, knowing Darktoz and the kind of place Bllackmore is, said rando will then probably be drank dry of blood, soul devoured or enslaved, or sacrificed, ha.

I don't know about page 4 but page 2 the one you are missing is slug queen (futa). You just have to turn futa to the max at the beginning of the game

Just turning on the futa is enough, no need for the max. This scene is available if you are not in chastity going to a club after work and agree to a dubious offer to have fun with a vampiress and her hypnotized girlfriend. It's Day Two.
