In day 4, once you are free to roam, go to down-town's main street. You will be greeted by three witches that want you to follow them. Do so without a chastity cage and you will get this game ending scene.

If you play the scene with Catherine (the "mob" boss in down-town), she offers to take the chastity cage off before the free roaming part.

If I remember correctly, you would miss some of the possible dates at the end of each day (only futa dates would appear) and some extra content.

You are right. I guess even in my "futa" playthrough I ended up only choosing girls with pussy as night visits and that's why I didn't see their portrait while loading the save.

I played both and the differences are for me:

Sigrun changes from female to futa
A fuckstation ending changes from strapon to futa

and on an earlier day the slug monster changes from female to futa


I think that is all there is. These three scenes will change, the others don't. I am not sure but I think the futa gangbang sidequest will disappear when you have the slider on female preference or lower and you can't get the futa exclusive scenes
