Is it just me or the games lack ballbusting content? Don't get me wrong, I love this game. Just the last update had like one big area with 6 micro areas, with a fetish scene each. But I find weird how few cbt content exist. I mean, Harley Quinn (I forgot the character name) literally said she kicks nuts, so I was expecting her pain endurtance challenge to be about it. If I recall correctly, the only ballbusting scene is the one with the vampire if you peek, and in the biggest femdom games I've ever played it feels weird to have barely one scene.

You may have missed the Fuck Station since many paths there end the run. Just go there again and exit right away and you should be good for the red room.

It's economical because they include game overs anyway. Avoiding something - like a game over or an unwanted fetish is part of what makes a game a game. And it motivates getting in other trouble. Usually the MC character doesn't want something but the player wants it for MC. MC needs a reason or it's not realistic. Or else MC is a 'total slut', but that can be boring.

Bella doesn't interfere if you agree with everything. It's just an author's observation that she chases vampires, but that only happens if you yourself refuse to stick your head in their trap. Well, if you agreed, she certainly doesn't interfere.
