No date, he gives some updates on Patreon, but I paused my Patreon for the time being (currently supporting only 1 dev). I'm pretty sure tho it's too early for a final date.

However i do wonder if the fact of having to double any sex scenes with the character would make it inviable.

A couple weeks ago on Patreon he asked if we'd prefer a smaller update sooner or a Bigger update later. Bigger won out so it will probably be a while before the next one.

That would mean doubling all renders for any sex scenes involving those characters. While is not impossible to do it sure would take quite longer.
Also trans content is not focused on people whose sexual orientation is gay. So literally no "homo bro".
