I just tried to open up a new game and realized they shifted the save book position.. mabe i just need to get myself new save from outside the church.. i shall try that in abit

yes, exactly, depending on the map geometry, some pieces and objects from the map might be mis-aligned, leading to map geometry missmatch, leading to crashes,

though, the literal safe book thingy, with where the chest is, should be version-independent and stable, after all that's the only developer-intended way to save your game. If they really screwed that save mechanic, and are forcing players to use an emergency save on a map whose geometry is not broken in the next game's version, well that would kinda suck, and maybe they will drop a bugfix, just like they did from 0.82's different bossfight bug fixes.

YEP. dont even bother about getting reaper out at any situation, this girl is just like death itself, hard as hell to beat and she respawns shortly(like 10 tiles long, so yep)after she dies and drop almost no loot on top of it, and dont even bother to run away, she would put a death curse on her very first action that KILLS instantly after 30 action(cant be nullified), and the only way to dispell the curse from what i know... is to kill her, which i mention before, is hard as fk, you do get several warning when she is about to spawn the first time, so just rush to the exit ASAP, else the whole run will turn into hell

Funnily enough i didint really have trouble with her, to the point that i didint fucking know she had an insta kill move, like wtf?
As much as you have no escape her health isnt as bad as the third or second boss, so it's honestly the 2nd easiest boss

Can't exactly recall, sorry, but i didint really prepare a good weapon either
That's causes i didnt even plan on winning in the first place
When i played i had an alright experience with the first boss, but then the second and third drained my sanity as it can be seen in my angry rants i previously posted
I just tried it out for the sake of it, and... won?
Like even i was shocked
Lucky thing is that the boss doesnt have any annoying gimicks, just maximize magic, use your enhancement crystals of the proper element on the right elemental weapon, get a haste, focus and mobility skill
And just health potions and a soul drop
Like im not saying you're lying, rather that maybe you misunderstood?
Cause it having an delayed insta kill is absolutely absurd, especially in 30 turns? 20 of those will be spent of fucking walking, getting that is a game over if its real
But i got hit a sizeable number of times, mostly cause i gave up on dodging since the 2nd section iss just a very intentionally shitty map
And life steal aswell? i genuinely didint notice

I also struggled hard with the third boss, it's a very fucking annoying endurance match that the game certaintly doesnt give you warning about

Save like 2 soul drops, a few health potions, a weapon that can dig through walls, a good ranged weapon, and maximize magic on your weapons properly

Get a few hits in when you can, dont listen to whoever said on the forum that he just dies at the, it's a big fat lie because i let him reach the end twice and nothing happened (except me dying)
Which walls you choose to dig is really up to your choice, it just helps with survivability and lessens the chances of you becoming more corrupter
once you get to the end, DESTROY THE FUCKING CRYSTALS
Yes, if you didnt know, there are more enemy spawns at the end, 3 of them in fact, take those out immidtaely or all the work you did would be fucked (if you didint save scum, make sure to do that)
if you did that, without dying, you'll end up with high corruption, take out those soul drop,s use any mobility skill to catch up to the fucker at the end, and just hammer him to death, it's easy after this

As someone who was too fucking stubborn to cheat because the guys who recommended me the game on discord would've made fun of me for it, consider this game a challenge rather than a chore

The game is fun, i'll give it that, but i dont really see a reason why you'd replay it from the beginning

Nah man, I went even further beyond. I have like 6 saves in which I also did some self-inflicted challenges (never get knocked down, beat each boss in one go from its unlock and some others).
Plus I reached floor 1000 in endless mode twice (or thrice, don't remember tbh) without being defeated (got knocked down plenty of times though).
I was rather addicted to the game some time ago .
