Was curious how bad was it, it really is, but somewhat still "playable" if you close your eyes at times 
Not sure why people are calling the game unplayable or barely playable tbh. Its got exactly the same controls bar one difference(medkits) from the first game. Arrow keys to move, left mouse to attack, right mouse for special, tab and mouse click to use meds or change characters. At the same time, the only real differences in gameplay from the first game are:
Some stages require all monsters to die to progress.
Boulders are replaced with green orbs
Purple crystals are replaced with purple orbs
Medkits are a thing.
This game is just like the first, ridiculously easy even without the power crystal(in the ship) cheat for 10x hp and power. The only annoying thing is getting the true ending which requires hunting down all 10 purple orbs in levels, seeing all service h scenes(5 for secretaries from first game, 5 for the girls in this game) etc. Even then, the download comes with a 100% save file already and pressing the second last option on the main menu is the gallery where you can see everything.

TEXT too big so you cant see some word and on laptop clicking is laggy using mouse is better so try to use a mouse if you got one
I don't know about other people, but I didn't say it was unplayable. I just said its bad.
The gameplay is very shallow and dragged out for the amount of porn content. Even if the translation was perfect, there obviously isn't enough writing to justify the gameplay. Having a 100% save available doesn't change the fact that the gameplay is bad.
Dude, that's just your opinion. The gameplay is fine. I am thankful that there is a gameplay in the first place. Unlike in the billion of other "games", where you just aimlessly run around searching for event trigger spots.

I'm not sure how "video game has gameplay" means "gameplay is good" but you do you.
The first game had an official translation on DLsite however this one does not, this is a fan MTL which is why the quality has dropped so much compared to the first one.

Pretty simple and straightforward. Gameplay feels more a placeholder between story/scenes. Break green crystal/boss and go to the end. Basic action for RPGM games with special attack CG-cut-ins for flavor.
Operation: talk to soldier in room with secretary to chose what mission to-do/replay. Save by talking to soldier to the left of this. Action controls: WASD, J K E, might be more than one button per command. Purple crystals are hidden throughout the levels, 10 in total, white little fox gives hints and counts those. Few crystals are hidden at zombie idol stage behind buildings. Without those you have access to BAD END and BAD VICTORY. Collect crystals, talk to characters at the base and chose option that consumes 1 Purple Crystal and gives extra H scene (might be only after upgrading characters from clearing stages), then proceed with BAD VICTORY route to get TRUE END. Extra dialogues from talking to different characters with different secretaries. After clearing the game I saw Gallery in main menu, looks pretty complete.
CGs overall with interesting concept and passable quality, sometimes cringe.

One of the characters is permanently pregnant (with insects or smth), then after City-of-death-and-peace stage she gets upgraded and boy next to her get turned into futanari already pregged with same stuff. Then theres just true-end-CG. No meaningful preg focus as far as I seen.
