Better change it to Bart being mc in my opinion
but overall if you want incest with Simpsons family, you need mc Homer or Bart. Or make your own yellow family and have them being neighbors.
I dont know this whole kick them out thing is bad in my opinion and adopting a guy who is 18 year old... seems really bad.
Anyway I hope you get support you need, and have passion to create the game. Personally I am a bart x Marge type of guy I mean real son/mom relationships, and I love the pairing in general, that freaking tram pararam pics have made me more into these two fuck. So sorry but I cant give it a try, plot is a turn off for me

If you go and make the Marge x Bart and Lisa x Homer later in the game it would just ruin the game. Better find another reason as to why they were kicked, if you go by that reason it will trigger some people and not in a good way. Or if you still want to go with the plan of introducing them later where they were fucking marge and lisa then change the tags or put the correspondent tag in the genre under future tag.
The whole adopted son is ridiculous anyway. It reminds me the annoying excuse so a game can stay at patreon.
I just said why it needs to be incest as a game, now its not incest its just meh. It would be better if he change mc to Bart or Homer. Or if he change it to a non cannon son they had Hugo. Right now its not incest, if he wants it as incest he has to make it so a blood related family member is fucking with another.
And to be honest I dont know its a corny idea with this adopted son its just... meh. Personal taste of course.
Yep, to patreon anything is considered as incest, instead of being blood related, they think that even an adopted family member having sex with other member of the family is incest, hell not even the "step mother/father" is allowed there since to patreon that's incest too.
Anyway I also think that it would have been better to play as Bart/Homer instead of an OC, but if the dev is commited to his plot then at least he shouldn't fuck it up, introducing other lovers to the ladies later on, like the example he gave you about later adding marge x bart, homer x lisa, it will just fuck what you achieved during all that time in the game. Imagine having fucked Marge and Lisa as that OC MC, just to then introduce bart and homer and seeing them fucking with the ladies without problem, that's bad planning. So the moment I saw that answer the dev gave you I though nice way to fuck your own game and I couldn't be quiet.

Fair points I read the whole string and I’m new to the whole planning and creating games so of course I will make mistakes but I’m trying to make everyone happy here, it’s a lot of pressure as a dev to try to please everyone. After the current version I’m working on right now, I’m going to properly plan the story and how the characters will develop and change through the story to make it an interesting game to play. With the whole incest thing you can research it and it is still legally incest depending on where you live of course it may be different, I didn’t want Bart or homer as the oc because that’s not the direction I want the story to go. I want a story with Marge dealing with having to kick out her son and husband while having no one else to turn to and Lisa being bullied at school for trying to hard then being yelled at home for not trying enough. It will be a strange ride but if you stick with it I’m sure you’ll enjoy it don’t get me wrong this version isn’t the best I was very excited to get my idea out and didn’t refine it enough for a full release but it will get better I can’t control what you do but if you really want a Simpsons game you shouldn’t batter my artist choice just because it wasn’t in your vision. If you want an Bart oc game play the other Simpsons game available. Also the idea of the Bart x Marge and homer x Lisa was going to be flash back scene where some ploys like in the porn comic cross over of futurama and Simpsons Bart gets a control ray it would also be used to see events though people’s perceptive and their memories. I appreciate your concern and it has definitely been noted I don’t want this to flop and turn out bad criticism is and will make my game better (if it’s constructive of course)
The incest thing, in my country it isn't really incest unless you are blood related to some degree to that person. If you are adopted in a family and you gain a "sister" you can have sex and even marry her, since you aren't blood related, there was even a TV series here, about a guy with his sons marry a woman that have a daugthers and in the serie, the older son have a relationship with the elder daugther, since they weren't related by blood. People may look you badly or even say mean things, but it isn't illegal.
I want to clarify that I don't mind playing as an OC, just that to me it won't be incest and that's why I would have prefer to play as bart, since you exposed your point I'm ok with it.
That said if I play as the MC, and I get to fuck the girls, I don't want to see how in the past they were fucked by others, or how they are manipulated by a mind control machine and see them fucking with other guys. I'm ok with people having their past sexual experiences, but I don't want to hear about them and even less I want to see them. That will ruin the game for me. I don't know if you are planning an harem game or they will just be fuck buddies or whatever, I like to play games where I as the MC am the only one fucking the girls and if they have a boyfriend and they are fucking it in a scene, I don't want to see it. If they had a past experience with a another guy that later show up (in this case Bart) and they were fucking in the past, I don't want to see or hear about it, it's over so why bring it at all?
But that's just my and my opinion. At the end of the day it's your game, so do what you want with it, just tag it accordingly to avoid confusion and do the plot that you want to do, if you find some of the things we say as constructive and it leads you to something, then great, if you don't think they are good ideas, then fine too, it's your game, I will just say what I like/don't like/would do/wouldn't do with your game.

Hi, I just played the game (V0.1) and It has potential.
There are some things that need fixing, like the navigation thing that people already commented on. But I think the art needs more polishing. Some environments are cool, but others have perspective issues or have problems with the lines.
As for the characters I would maybe try out a puppet style, where you have a nude base with all the bodyparts separated. So you can pose them and the add clothes on top. That works great for avoiding redoing the character over and over. But the down side might be that for certain poses on the shower or you might need to do a custom drawing for that.
The story I find it cool. Its a nice thing to have a non-canon character and have the story develop like that. I really enjoy that there is not a lot of dialog going on and its more of a point and click adventure. The annoying thing is that grinding of studying with Lisa is a bit long and feels repetitive.
Great work on the prototype so far. If you want some help on the art I might be willing to give you a hand

I mean, the countries that make it possible for PAtreon to be a thing consider step family and any other legally attributed relationship to be incest. It's illegal in my country for step-siblings to marry or have sex, same for step parents or adoptive parents. It's a legally binding definition of incest. Varying opinions are noted but irrelevant as it pertains to a business being able to operate on as broad a platform as it can.
TheSquizzy fuck the haters. You make your game the way you want to. IT seems like the people crying about Bart and Homer are a vocal minority so ... That being said definitely I would echo the advice of making navigation more streamlined. Other than that it's a solid first effort and I'd love to see more! Personally there's so much Bart/Homer/Marge/Lisa out there that it's refreshing to see another take, kinda like that VN comic style effort "Darren's Adventure" Sure it still had Bart and Homer in it but it introduced a new character to the setting. That's a good thing, never mind people who just want more of the same old shit.

Thanks a lot for what you said, you hit the nail on the head on the reason I didn’t want homer or Bart being oc. V0.2 will have new content but mostly focusing on refining V0.1
