Every girl will be different with different fetishes and fantasies, I can't control what you do but you shouldn't judge the game when it's only V0.2 the jump from V0.1 to V0.2 has been massive and it will be for future updates

Dude I'm not saying that you have to be the first of every girl, people have sex and they do too in games. I'm just saying that I didn't want to see it happening, it isn't that hard to understand. Marge is one of the "LI" of your game, she has stats and you will be able to fuck her later. So why would I want to see her fucking with anyone? It's like you are about to have sex with a girl but before you do, she goes and show you a sex tape of her and her ex, would ir make sense and would you like to see it?
Besides knowing now what kind of a slut Marge is and how far she has fell, why would I want anything to do with that hell of a slut? The only thing that you could get of a girl like that is a hell of a STD, you can't expect people to be invested in a character that goes and fucks Milhouse, MILHOUSE. Not all the people love to be cucked and I'm sure that the ones that like it, don't want to be cucked by milhouse, no one loves milhouse. So you ruined your character labelled as Marge (since that's not the Marge we all know, not even the one we see in porn comics) to me and I'm sure that to many people too.

If I'm playing a game as the "MC" and you have 2-3 girls and one of them is a massive slut who is happy and ready to fuck even scum like milhouse, that doesn't paint me a good picture of your game. You may say that the girls will be different, but you also said that Lisa was fucking homer and marge bart, so don't try to sell it as different girls, they seem to be the same. Besides if you had the balls to do that to Marge, what's stoping you from doing the same with the other girls, or even doing something worst?
Not gonna lie, I could have expected everything from this game, it could have been a good game where you as an OC has fun with the girls/woman of the simpson, that are tired of the others and frustated. But then you fuck it up, to me atleast, when you go and put Marge fucking with Milhouse

And seeing as Edna and Lisa seem to be cut from the same tree, well def not the game I was expecting and not for me.

Well it's not cucking because Marge and MC aren't a thing, Marge and Milhouse get caught in the act I see that as a player and dev as leverage for blackmailing or bonding depending on how I want the story to go for them and some potential gangbang/ multi sex scenes with Mihouse, MC and Marge also why would Marge choose Milhouse over MC? She wouldn't, she has resorted to fucking Milhouse from no other option, Milhouse is nothing more than a boy toy to her and in the future will will get to choose if do the shared scenes or solo. Also your point of the having a main girl getting fucked by someone else is used in many other games like "a town uncovered" with the husband and "landlady" and in summertime saga with your friend who lives next door and miss johnson (IDK if that's her name) who you see fucking and then join them and have solo with miss johnson after. The MargexBart and LisaxHomer was a desperate attempt to please the incest community, it's not actually going to happen as pointed out by other users before it would ruin the game and storyline. MC will also have around 8 ish girls with full storylines and relationships to choose when I add them. I don't want to reveal the plans I have for MY game so I wont tell you the planned fetishes and how other characters will interact but I can promise Marge is the only character that will be a 'slut'.

I wouldn't lable her as a slut she has to resort to fucking Milhouse and like I have said before it's not cucking because MC and Marge aren't dating. You will have the option later when your sex scene come with Marge to choose to have an open relationship with milhouse tagging along or solo with marge.
Hate to be that guy, but those two phrases contradice each other. If Marge is such a massive slut that want to fuck some young meat, then she won't miss a min to drop her panties and fuck that young meat that has entered her house, aka the MC, since you know, that's what massive sluts do. A slut character being a prude when she meet a character that she fancies doesn't makes sense, and since Marge wants young meat, The MC fils that criteria so...
Contradictions usually happens when you have characters with controversial traits/personality. If she is such a slut that won't mind fucking with Milhouse, then she won't lose time fucking anyone that is young and better than milhouse, so every other guy excluding ralph, well maybe ralph too, since you described marge as a massive slut that wants to fuck young meat.

I agree with you they do contradict each other I'm a new dev so I get flustured very easily when thinking of a way to respond to people critiquing my work so I misspoke that's my mistake.
Doesn't really matter if she is a massive slut or just a slut. There are other things to do if you are horny, ever heard of masturbation? But she proved to be a slut when she decide to fuck with milhouse, if she had no other male choice then that changes when the MC comes in, but instead she still decided to fuck with Milhouse. So it ruined the character for me. I don't want anything to do with a slut character, unless she is only slutty to the MC. She has fell really low to fuck someone like Milhouse, so I don't care about her. Also if I don't want to see them fucking why do you think that people that are like me will want to have dp with marge/mc and milhouse?
Still, this is your game and if you want to be it about NTR/Cucking involving Milhouse, because it's NTR according to the rules, since Marge is a romantic interest, and she is involved with someone that isn't her husband, it's NTR. Also to many people just having the LI with other guy after you start knowing/flirting with said character is NTR.
But like I said, the game's not for me. I don't want to see other guys fucking the romantic interest (LI) of the game, unless they are their husbands/boyfriends and we later steal them, but in said cases I still don't want to see the scenes with other guys fucking said LIs, I can aknowleged them but if I can't avoid seeing or reading about what they do with their partners better.

Very fare points like before I have made a mistake and hey I can admit it's a shit decision and rethinking it I'm not a fan either so I will be removing it from the game it does mess with the storyline a bit and I would have had to curve the story to fit it in. Thanks for the feedback

According to this, since Marge is a romantic interest of the game and she is involved with others, in this case Milhouse, is NTR, so yeah not cucking, but NTR yes.
the thing with the two games that you mentioned, is that the mom in a town uncovered is married to the "dad" and if I remember correctly in that game, that world they were in sex was a normal thing or something like that, sorry I played it long ago when it was starting. It's a problem when you introduce NTR/NTR situations/ntrish things in your game and you will have people that don't like even situation that may not be NTR but seems like it, or when you have other guys fucking the LI, you will get people complaining. But if you planned your game and want to make it that way, go ahead, I won't be there, but you shouldn't care about what I said, I'm not even a patreon. i was just bored, saw the game played it, saw something that I didn't like and complained about it. I don't want to make you change something just because I complain, I do because to me the game was promising, since simpsons games sucks and it was ruined for one scene, but it's your game, your plot and all that, so do what you want with it.
You do what you must do and what you want to do, since it's your game, not mine. Don't feel forced to change anything about your game, just because you have one/two/a hundred of people that don't like something, doesn't mean you must change it. If you after reading it think they are right or you don't like a part of your game, then sure change it. But I was just expresing what I felt after playing your game. I can't write shit, even less code something or draw, so I can't do a game, if you have a plot planned and want to follow it, good for you, if you think that what people said can be applied to your story to improve it then do it, but just keep havbing in mind that is your game at the end of the day.
I just have a question, if you aren't a fan of it either, why put it in the game? I mean if I don't like something, I don't do things that I don't like. So why bring Milhouse and his plot of fucking Marge at all if you don't like it? If you wanted to have later on threesomes with MMF, you could have that as an option to ask one of the guys (Milhouse included) later on the game. Again if that was your plan. I don't mind if later on you can decide to share a girl with someone like Milhouse to have a threesome, as long as it avoidable and optional, I wouldn't do it, but some people may like it and that would have been a "better" way to introduce the marge/milhouse/mc plot that you wanted to do. Again just my opinion.

I didn't really know what NTR was so I didn't mind it but now looking back it's weird and changes the way I want marge to play out and the realtionship wouldn't work lol. Thanks again for the feedback

The Milhouse "situation" has been pointed out already so I won't even start with that, but I do want to point out that the Help button on the phone shows a black box with nothing written (Well there probably is something written and it's just in black as well but it doesn't show) so you might want to look into that.
