I think this made it worse? Now all my dancers spawn in random places in the club and don't perform their roles. Every one of them walked up to the bar and just started getting fucked up.
I'll try reverting to old AEP.
I hate modding sometimes.

I am having the same issue. I deleted my localthumbnailcache and am going to try a different version of my save. Bills kept resetting after CAS and I couldn't load my lot.
TSR is a huge source of Sims CC, but it is fulled with ads and premium only features. I used to pay to have the premium features. But with this script used on tampermonkey, you can use most of the premium features for free.

Still getting can't delete object which causes the screen to turn whitish and have the loading icon appear breaking the game causing me to crtl+alt+delete and end task the game when bulldozing the lot.

Are you trying this in an apartment? I get that when I try to bulldoze a lot with one of those historic items. What worked for me was to wall off the part of the apartment with the historic item, just a 1x1 box around it, then click the floor of every other room to select and delete them. After that, I removed the walls around the historic item and placed my room from the library.
When that didn't work, sometimes on apartments without historic items, I had to manually select every single item in the apartment and delete them one by one.

The Call Center trait for the lot gives a % to the owner of all services performed by the "performers". If you own only the base game, then the only way around it would be to live in your own home, choose live in bar/club/etc, and go that route (with the call center trait). If you have the expansions that allow you to own businesses and what not, then you apply those traits to the business that you want, have your sim purchase said lot and that should work. (as I dont have the required xpacs to own a strip club, i haven't tried fiddling around with setting up a pure npc to be an escort/stripper/etc but I would imagine you will have to do some setting up per npc with traits and so forth to get them to perform as you want)
Note - if you have the new Wicked Whims mod that allows you to own a strip club AND you do NOT own the required expansion packs to own a strip club, you may get a notice to "purchase a strip club" and the game will then load you up to the world map for you to pick the lot that you want as the strip club, however when it goes back to load into your home, it will hang up and lock the game because you don't own the pack. Tried that a couple of times before I just gave up on owning a strip club.

I believe there used to be? But I really can’t remember if it was for Sims 3 or 4. I’ve just been giving residential homes and bars the escort call centres trait, that’s as close as I’ve been able to come to a brothel

Has anyone had an issue with a mod or script that cause their sim interactions to be limited to pretty much ‘share photos’ and ‘tell stories’? I’m doing a 50/50 cull right now to try and see if I can find it but I’ve had no luck and it makes any interactions outside my household a major pain in the ass
