Yes, I've been having a problem with that too. What I've been doing is when I start the game, that's the first thing I check. If it stops working after 2 or three tries, I close the game and repeat. Sometimes I forget... But yeah, Not sure if it's a mod causing it or a newly introduced bug since 1.61. Although I don't recall this being an issue until pretty recently.

Very true. However, he should realize the need for a public beta period. Catering only to your Patreon subscribers severely limits the unbiased opinions of users. When you only cater to those who pay, they aren't going to have a whole lot negative to say. The last time he tried to introduce body parts it was a major fiasco. It managed to get through Patreon only to be met with a resounding dislike. He had to remove it because it was awful. I'm half hoping he comes here to read the thread. My guess is probably not. He doesn't even bother with the LL thread anymore. WW still has many other issues that need addressing. He doesn't need to add more problems before the last ones even get fixed.

I don't think he was questioning your right to moan, but your apparent masochism in insisting on playing with a mod that bothers so much that you publicly complain about it several times a day

FWIW, I don't mind your moaning - there are plenty of things in WW that bother me (like sims insisting on chatting after sex even if I specifically queue up other interactions), but I guess I've come to terms with permanently dealing with buggy software.

FWIW, I don't mind your moaning - there are plenty of things in WW that bother me (like sims insisting on chatting after sex even if I specifically queue up other interactions), but I guess I've come to terms with permanently dealing with buggy software.

It just frustrates me that it just seems to be getting worse, and not better. Anyhow, it's the only game in town unfortunately.

I would strongly caution against WW 1.54. It has a janitor function that works like shit. They just stand around basically while patrons pickup the now automatic trash dumps that occur to give the janitor a reason to exist. Not to mention, the cheat to shut off the "trashlets" doesn't work. So you'll be continuously deleting trash piles all over your club. He really needs to take this useless shit out.

Forgot to mention. The janitors don't even pick up the empty glasses around the club. Basically a useless feature.

Oh it's real. Just sad that he keeps pumping more useless shit into an already bloated mod. I pretty much complained to Nisa about the bloat in her mod. (Tactfully though) She was real nice about it and said she was eventually moving to a modular system so things could be added or removed by choice. I was concerned about too much code running in the background that wasn't being used, and she agreed. Turbo needs the same lesson.

You can find the cheat code by typing "ww.help" in the command console. Then look under the heading "Strip Club" You should see it.

Any chance you have AMD graphics card and updated Radeon Software recently? Currently it has one of hotkeys involved with video capture tied to same combo as a default, and it takes precedence over Sims 4 hotkey. If that is the case, you need to go radeon software options to remove or change that hotkey.

So far I'm hitting this advice with 100% accuracy.

The problem with the internet is that those lacking common sense are often the loudest and most visible. This unfortunately can give the illusion that their behaviors are those of the vast majority. They're not. There are a lot of good sensible people out there, I assure you. They just aren't all on Reddit or this forum.

Oooook....so after reading literally 30 pages from 660 to 705 (when I was last on here) A LOT has happened, websites have gone, discords have come and gone. Community infighting (actually common for the Sims since the second game released) but what REALLY stood out the most to me - was how BLOODY complicated using mods for this game has become.

I don't mean like just putting them into your game but how MANY there are, conflicts and bloating all of that. Even animation packs sound like they should come with a readme file in how to activate certain animations or CC they need.

This is crazy honestly. It makes me almost want to avoid mods and just stick to CC I need or like. I'm even scared to use WW now because of savegame issues and I REALLY wish somebody would make an animator that simply PLAYS all the animations made for it - kind of like a pose player.

I mean how hard would that be for a some skilled mod maker to make?
