Exactly this. Some patreon pages don't even bother to tell what's in a new update of a lower tier, in case said lower tier has delayed updates compared to upper one(s).

I want to get it working properly with the clothes. Sometimes it does not work in the same way when the character is naked and then you put on it some clothes.

yes, it's an option in MC Commander. Just right click on a computer then on MC commander, and you will find the full settings menu there.

Or will i have to get all the get famous updates as well. Or would it just be easier for me to get the 30gig famous DL and clean reinstall from there.

We're on patch 80 (1.51.77.1020 ), so if you're on 1.46.18.1020 (patch 72) you need to install the all stuff thats missing in between, in order.

This week we're due for a new patch+new game pack, so either install the ones you're missing or get the full thing from CODEX or FitGirl (she's currently on patch 78 I believe, still not up to date) or wait until Friday and see if CODEX will release the full game.
