Meaning the clothing will adjust to fit the size - just as they do for fatter sims or larger breasts (within limits).

Am I understanding correctly - remove the "!" from the folder/filename? (e.g. "!WickedWhims" to "Wicked Whims"or perhaps adding a second ! to the defaults folder? ("default replacement" to "!!defaultreplacement")

Yeah just name the folder where you have the default so that it's alphabetically first than the WhickedWhims. If it's name is "default replacement" then it starts with a "D" and you're fine, just remove the "!" from the WhickedWhims.

Sim Snatcher is a way to control NPCs without adding them to the household. They will follow you back to your home until you sell them or release them, though.
Yeah, my WW folder is just named "WickedWhims v172.5" or like you said, make sure your defaults are ordered above the Wicked Whims folder.
Thanks mate, I will give it a try.
But control any npc was a very simple mod which is over all the rest before my eyes. You could control any npc, create a club with that character, set its activities and place its gathering where you want ... it was a great mod. If you like to play as I do with clubs in some lot... for instance .. any of them playing as police-club.. other rogue-club .. other as victims-club.
I hope we will see it alive again.

What is a luxury escort? You mean an escort service mod? Or a gigolo kinda thing? Closet I've come to that is the sugar baby mod but that mod relies on WW to get "extra pay" and I really don't care for WW.
You could try sexy gigs mod.. it has an escort service if I remember correctly

hiroki says on his post to keep the files folder number one on your files list.
also don't use hirokis skin, use maybe luumia. hirokis skin seems to have issue.
The website seemed bugged on desktop versions, mobile version of the site works though, so there is a way to bypass it.
If you're on Chrome, right click the mediafire site and click on inspect, coding of the site will appear on the right side.
There's a tablet/phone symbol on the top left of the coding window. Click on that and it will change the site to the mobile dimensions, refresh the page and the site will look like you're browsing it through the mobile version. Input password and file should start downloading, though mine for some reasons started downloading without inputting the password.
