With the MCC mod , but if you have more than 8 sims you must configure each sim seperate in cas. If you go to cas with the whole family the sims more than 8 got deleted when you leave the cas.

Unfortunately, the only thing to do is wait. The Sims team has stated that sims will revert back to normal once they push out a fix, but there seems to be no ETA.
