Not sure of your ask as there is already a base game "kiss neck" interaction. Also, not a very NSFW request which is the theme of this thread, nonetheless I got you (and this thread):

• You must be registered to see the links
  : has SFW romance interactions seen in previous sims games, including a "cuddle from behind" that might be what your looking for. Good mod.
• Sims Alchemist Kinky Expansions: While there is no "kiss neck", there is a "Kiss Puss" interaction Many more NSFW interactions included within its traits. Find the latest version in this thread, a user here maintains it.
• BDSim Flirty Fetishes: Has some BDSM related social interactions. Worth checking out.
