Has anyone encountered a bug that when I Switch between several Sims in the Customization menu, the identity doesn't change and is the same as the first Sims? Every update from EA always broke something.

Yes, you have broken mods if you updated your game already. Yes, active mod authors are working on their fixes.
To summarize the fixes/changes from this past release EA did things to CAS, Sexual Preferences, CAS Menu functionality, Social Interactions, Sentiments, Autonomous Social interaction tuning, Plus many small tweaks across various other packs. Even if one line of code related to a particular thing changes, it most likely breaks any mod/UI associated to it. This is always the case.
Remember you can disable automatic game updates. Delay updating until the mod scene catches up.
Remember to always consult this sheet for mod statuses:
