Honestly, there are two options but neither looks good. Universal bulge accessory doesn't match with most outfits and from the sides shows a hole, and the bulge slider by hi-land looks good on the outfits but gives your sims a fupa once they're undressed

Noir also has one "EA Bulge Accessory" or something called that (find on Kemono). Unlike "Universal Bulge Accessory" (find on LoversLab) it comes in only one size. Nice to have both, but they share the same glitchy conflict on some, not all, clothing/cc. Pro Tip: Download both and use Sims4Studio to move them to the "Tights" category, that way it's easy to wear/combine with other stuff AND it comes off automatically when they undress so no awkward bulge.

You can disable animations individually or collectively.
When an animation is actively playing, Shift-click the sim, you should see a WW icon, click "Disable current animation".
Alternatively, you can go to the Animation Disabler settings in the WW Settings menu>Sex Settings. You can disable by author, category, even disable based on objects like "Disable all window animations".

I'm pretty sure WW comes with a trait (Wicked Attribute) like that called "Shallow". Not sure how it plays, but that and a combination of similar Wicked Attributes might give you what you're looking for.

You can create multiple playlists using wickedwhims but you have to add the animations manually

Try WickedWhims settings. In sex options there should be cheats tab and a 3-option setting to configure probability of compliance.
