I too am interested if anyone has this. If it helps, I believe the image/title above is referring to its WIP post, I believe the final version is titled "Sims 4. Updated Body Mesh and Texture" published on 9/15/24.

I recommend choosing "develop <sim's name>'s attractiveness" from Ww menu and then pick their partner. I have been doing this since forever and my sims' partners are always "extremely attractive" to them respectively, one small odd thing is that they are also extremely into Clement Frost but I only see him once per sim year so it's ok lol

Nope. This was changed a few versions ago. Post Puberty not needed anymore to have sex as a teen. Just Innapropiate unlock should be enough.

NO NO NO Innapropiate unlock <---is only for incest trait nothing more because in the new patreon WW version is the teen stuff still enabled.
