Sounds pretty good.
One suggestion would be to pull those indicators as far forward as possible. So slap them on the room/location selector, and the map too if feasible. I think enough information would probably be conveyed with just a single indicator at each level, so it shouldn't need any major UI work. I'd lean towards using the least-seen status of all the currently available clickables at that location.
I don't think that should *necessarily* require much more manual work, but I'm not familiar enough with renpy generally - and especially not this codebase in particular - to be all that certain. I mean, technically all of this has got to be possible automatically, as we're just talking about scene accessibility and the main function of the code here is to allow the player to see accessible scenes and not see inaccessible ones. So it's possible as long as the game works... But if it's not trivial, it may well be a project larger than the game itself, so...

you are making the only game on this side with this bug using URM, talking about a bug that you didnt make.
Tell me, exactly, how is it my fault that a third party mod doesn't work in a game I made from scratch on my own with none of that in mind.
Last time I'll talk about this crap. Beg them to fix the bug or ask them to tell me what I could change in my code for it to work.
Is it a shame this bug exists? Yeah, but it's not my problem. Yours and theirs only, sorry.

In most cases, the problem is in front of the PC and not in the PC (game).

You got me curious too so I went ahead and used the gallery unlocker to check, even after using the unlock function from the unlocker that scene remained black so it is either not a scene or it can bypass the unlocker.
