Glancing at the file, I think the only way to do it without cheating* is on the GF path and involves being locked in chastity. Else the biggest you can get is average.
The task can't be completed: It's set up to be a bit of SPH flavour text depending on dick size. Trying to pick it with a huge dick causes a failure with no flavour text.

I asked this question somewhat back in 2019 but I have not seen any real answer to it. But maybe I missed it, in that case sorry.
Are there extensive routes in the game where you can avoid having sex with men?
I don´t mind it so much if it is one case in the start as a intro gateway that you can then ignore for the rest of the game to pursue other routes.
Neither do I mind if your GF is having sex with other men, as long as MC is not forced to join.

Technically you can, I think (when you dump your GF for your best friend (also girl), and also you can try to be full dominant trans girl with a big D or lady with a V — but I'm not sure, if it'll work for you), but by the cost of many ingame fun. The game assume gone wild all bisexual fun you can imagine, and without it there will be very less of the game left.
You can try the game anyway, it's free I mean (besides your time), and you can stop if you don't like it.

Is there no actual walkthrough/content guide? The thing in the OP is outdated and fairly sparse as to what to choose, paths and no endings
I'm sure tons of people will take language advice from someone who doesn't actually speak the language.

I seem to remember the dev created a meticulous flowchart of the story structure, but it was complicated, sparse on practical detail, and I couldn't read it well. Can't find it offhand, though I know it was linked in this thread.
Unfortunately, the dev has said, "Feel free to write your walkthrough and share it. I don't intend to do it. I've been creating this game to make it possible to play it any way you want it, following your desires and choices."
I haven't played the game recently and I'm not sure when I will again, so to anyone who feels confident they have a sense of the game's structure, feel free to copy all or parts of my walkthrough as the basis for a more updated one.
