1. You can buy the penis enlargement after you bought a phone and activated the dare board. The first dare task "Are you a stud? Do you want to fuck me? Having said all that, if you don't use "New Sis" have enough points to buy the "Temporary Dick" you can complete the "Are you a stud? Do you want to fuck me? Send pics!!!!" task. I haven't played in forever but it did have tons of content back when I last played.
One event was kinda fucked though because the real sex happened with low lust and the fake sex "pillow in between" happened with high lust.

Also cheating in money, got me trolled and a bad ending way after the fact.

I do have to point out, there's a LOT of content while you are trans. So if that doesn't appeal to you, you may not like this.
Though maybe there's a way to do the content after the fact. I'm not sure.
