You only become MTF, if either chest or ass development gets to level 2 or higher. Basically never advance those or drain NewSIS from them at the clinic and it's easy. I never manage to get to the late-game, because of how much there is (and also how tedious and buggy it can be), but from what I know, it restricts some of the tasks you can do in DareBoard and maybe that's it.

Using items from your inventory or even changing your title, could trigger any event countless times, breaking the story and gameplay. The only way to solve this problem was to move it back to the Bedroom. When I came up with the idea to use the inventory anywhere was to make the gameplay more enjoyable, but until I figure out a way to make it work, I can't allow it to break the whole game. Sorry for it.

I think there was also an option to earn money by donating sperm at the clinic, so maybe also check the job menu.

It's been a while but their should be a party you attend with them that should give you the option to help or fully commit to brainwashing.. it should give you a warning in game.

But when I met her later she was already brainwashed like if I didn't help her at all anyway.
I think I see your progress.. If I remember correctly keep interacting with her at the mansion with Diana and eventually (can't remember how long) after screwing with Diana enough she'll get mad and try and sell the BFF. I just started a new game myself so some things are a little foggy.

Guys how to find her after she's been taken by diana after the meeting. i searched the db board but i didn't find anything
If I remember correctly it takes a few days. I think their should be a pop up in the area where it tells you things for the day in the corner. I think it is a level 2 DB task? something like "auction at the mall" but it's been a while seance I played that part.
