A lot of the menu texts are not translated. You can play it but you can't read important menus like the "Cross Effect" which is literally a guide that tells you about the consequences of your decision made at certain key points. It shows you the branching events but it's not in English.

There is a workaround. If you're on PC, that is.
Make a screenshot, and post it into google translator. Yes, it can translate images, and it's pretty decent at it too.

You have the big crystals, if you choose Rest Up then you switch to the other character, its used to advance the game, for example the humans dont want the elf go past, so the ogre path kills them.

First time I've seen "living female used as armor". Extra convenient as you can just tuck your massive ogre dick up inside a carefully aligned hole to keep it protected from mosquitos or sharp sticks.

I heard that when a dick stood up for more than 4 hours, it can damage the "sponge" responsible for enlarging dick... Which ultimately leads to erectile dysfunction
