not purely. at some event scenes there are choices, to resist / raped or obey. The gameplay is great, for me at least.

Just go to online save editor and change the ATK part to 999, it indicate how much additional ATK your character have, something like this:
No vanilla route, you have no choice at all in term of H content because it follows the story for Ferrana at least, for Golliath, you have to rape some human girls to turn them into a body armor, at the title suggest it, but you don't have to rape all human girls along the path.
Otherwise, it's an RPGM game, with turn based combat with a system to block prepared enemy attack, and to turn them into a weakness. There is a decent story, and there is something around 12 to 15 hours of content, so it's not that bad (I haven't finished it myself and I don't know if I will do it because I don't like the game at all, to much a straight line and even H event with some fetish I don't like that you can't skip).
I think his abilities kind of lag behind at that point in the game. Looking back, I think the fight against the first bandit girl and her group was probably the hardest in the game. I don't think you can learn weapon drop yet either, so there's not a whole you can do other than pray and get lucky. The game gets easier after that since he learns a better healing skill and gets an aoe stance break. You also don't have to go as long with the wrong armor.

Yeah this is giving me flashbacks to one notorious MTL "translator" in this site 2-8 years ago. BrokenDivision. He is living up to his namesake by BREAKING the game he MTLs introducing new bugs, causing the game to be unplayable, the MTL is SHIT, etc.
The "translator" for this one "translated" another game and that game is also only partially "translated". In truth he used AI TL (Gemini) and never even finished the translation process. In the other game he states that he only did it as a test. So was this a test AI translation also? He also stated he has no plans to fix/ complete the translation. So partial translation and DUMP it into the main page.
Edit: It seems the ones that are not translated so far are hard Images that cannot be touched by AI TL. The translated text though is alright for AI TL standards. Have yet to see wordwrap issues.
Edit2: Yep the Cross effect not getting translated is a pain in the ass, since it heavily impacts gameplay and gives hints/ how the story will go.
