I think so, Dev was last active on the forum back in april and the last post on the patreon was back in february so it's been ages without a word or sign of life. I'm throwing it in my 'almost certainly dead' pile.

It just another Reluctant Archon Situation. It starting to become normal to release an update and then without any words just go up in smokes and not give any valid reason to why
