Another note... it looks like the "Eat all"/"Leave half for Arianna" option has the variables screwed up.

You need to use the patch to unlock all the content. It's in the quoted post and in another post, and will add it here to so you two can see it.

PLEASE READ THIS NOTE STARTING NOW WITH EPISODE 5:
It looks like Carbon finally added a define your own relationship to the game, an incest patch may not be necessary now. It also looks like "old saves" might be broken, as it says "outdated" on all saves.
This what you get now when you start the game after giving yourself a name.
NOTE 2: You can still add these images if you want the phone to say Mom/Aunt when you use the "phone".
