Yeah, this is a scummy practice. I was unsure if this was Ero when I saw this, but now I'm 100 percent sure it's him.
I tend to agree, but one thing I know for sure, this is not this developer's first time. He has absolutely done this kind of AVN work before, under a different name. He has everything down to a science and the Patreon statements and overall setup make it even more conspicuous.
I want to encourage actual new developers as much as possible but someone making statements right out of the gate like, "if I don't make a certain amount I will abandon or I will delay releases if there are any leaks," really makes it difficult. That is not something a newbie in this industry will typically say. Even newbies know that your job as a first time AVN dev in the early days is to just put out consistent content and do everything possible to garner goodwill with fans(potential supporters).
