Would you please stop talking nonsense? Regarding the poll, Carbon has already posted why he changed outfit to something else. Because the original winning outfit would have caused rendering problems, so Carbon changed it to something else. As for the hairstyle, the ponytail won, not the wavy hair.

People can test the dev's patch first (which requires nothing more than copy/paste) to see if it's finally working or not, some say it works for them, some say it doesn't.

Nah, only errors are user created, the game runs fine, had zero errors during testing and patch making.

The renderings looks good except for the mother, her body seems really disproportioned. I'm not talking about the giant tits, but her whole body is actually weird, her head is really small in some renderings compared to the rest of the body. I don't think the developer is Eromersive (as many suggested) because EM created perfect balanced bodies. In The Synthetic some bodies are really badly executed. The MC has got the skin of a 80 years old, he looks like a zombie, it's horrible.
Since Eromersive's and Carbon's VNs are so similar in many other ways, it's possible that Carbon simply adopted Eromersive's posing techniques or that Eromersive actually taught him how to do it. However, I don't think they are the same person. One more example? Even after two years of inactivity, Eromersive continues to make more money on Subscribestar than Carbon earns at the moment. Therefore, developing Demon Boy further would be more profitable than creating The Synthetic.

REALLY love this game and the renders but I've had to start over w/every update When I can't use an old save I get the dreaded (insert record scratch sound effect) "Couldn't find a place to stop rolling back. Perhaps the script changed in an incompatible way?" error. I want to stick w/the game but once you start getting 3-4-5 updates into it, it's just not worth going back over and over.

I would recommend to skip 2-3 updates and watch the thread until the save problem is solved.
I agree with you it's annoying. But on the other hand, it's a game in development, so shit like that can happen...

Want to know about that too, I remember in earlier versions the Mom was hinted to have some fun with her boss or something, hope those scenes are alr implemented, alongside other characters.

Those scenes are still there depending on choices, she will do the boss in episode 1 and episode 4.
But how much content is there? Also, the only NTR it's the mom getting involved with the Boss or there are other people? I'll rather play the game to see for myself, but I'm currently in a trip, without my PC.
