I was really looking forward to more updates from this young dev, but 3 episodes in and already putting out side stories is never a good sign. The problem with these newer devs is the mind set to focus on multiple projects at once instead of focusing on world and character building. These projects work better at the end of the game or a season or possibly a dlc release not while you're working on the main game itself!
I'm not too worried about the Ntr, it's not something I'm into but it's still optional at this point. If that changes well, then it's just another game I pass up it's not a big deal. We'll see how the next episode goes.

Nah the dev really likes NTR so it will be in the game at some point. But if you're not playing the NTR route you don't really have to worry about that unless he decides to make the NTR unavoidable. I just play the non-NTR content and ignore all the rest and pretend it doesn't even exist.
what sense was in this side story? Its pointless completly, its was not even ntr how was written in beginning

Why does it say gallery and I-patch when the gallery says under development? I don't have a problem playing the game. just curious.
It's not a literal Gallery, it simply "unlocks" present Images between MC and his Mom and Aunt during the Game if i'm correct. But as far as i understood the Files aren't needed with this Version as it's the "full Game" (?)
what did you wrote in the report? seems silly they would refuse to add a simple "ntr side story" on the changelog.

It is not a gallery unlock, it was "game unlock" was what that was supposed to read.
For episode one, dev had it paywalled, and there was a "password/patch" that unlocked the paywalled content, aka the "sex".
Just wires got crossed I guess when they updated that for episode 3.

The patch technically doesn't need updated as there is no incest in the side-story, but will have to update the script changes.

I have no idea how to access (if at all possible) my report, but something along the lines: "Please add to the changelog that the side story is ntr focused so people that played the previous versions and are not interested in ntr know they can skip this update".

So let me see if I got this right? This is just a non canon side story that appeases the ntr fans and has no progression in the actual story?

You don't need the incest patch for the side story, I hadn't updated it yet for it, there is no incest, it's NTR only thing.
The patch is updated to work with the side story now, but there is nothing used for it with the side story.
