I find this is the hottest Megan Fox has ever looked and the erotic stage has been set really well for the upcoming party they have to attend on the NTR path. Author clearly knows how to tease both with the scenario and with the raunchy scenes.
Not too sure what purpose the AI character serves and on the verge of that party I fear the robot's arrival might feel more like an interruption.

Why aren’t side stories made part of the main canon? They make sense within the story and follow the same tone. Separating them and labeling them as “side stories” or treating them like spin-offs feels unnecessary, especially when adding them to the main story would give more meaning and depth, expanding the overall narrative and enriching the main canon

Even her skin looks real instead of looking like a plastic sterile texture. Beats 99% of 3dcg characters in my book and clearly closer to the MILF ideal than the big headed flat barbie dolls you see in other games.

I think the game would have worked better if the side stories were integrated into the main canon instead of being separated. Since most of them are NTR-focused, they could have been made optional content for players who aren’t into that..

i mean or the dev could just work on the actual game and not side stories. multiple side stories are never a good sign for development. usually means fan milking or dev can't figure out the story.

I get what you mean, and I actually agree to some extent. My point is that, especially at the start of the game, side stories shouldn’t feel like separate stories or spin-offs. They should feel like part of the main narrative. In this case, they do make sense, they’re connected to the story, and they already include action, so they don’t feel like filler to me.
Right now, I know the dev has put the side stories aside and is focusing on wrapping up the main story, but I think that if they stopped labeling them as “side stories” and instead included them as part of the main game, it would feel much more cohesive.

Having independent side stories already in place while the main story is still in its infancy seems like a red flag. It means the author isn't capable of establishing the plot they have in mind and must resort to subterfuge to develop the subplots. It's the cowardly attitude of someone who immediately backtracks as soon as the same two people with serious psychological problems* complain. The story is already frayed and probably doesn't know where to go next as his original plans have changed so much.
* I've read shocking comments on his Discord explicitly mentioning unresolved psychological trauma as a reason for requesting that any NTR be avoided, even as an optional path, because the character would still have the potential to betray, and that inner possibility is traumatic for them.
They believe those pixels are a single actual person, defined by all paths in the story. That's the users game developers have to deal with.
So basicaly the dev allowed himself to be taken hostage by a single snowflake with a glass fragile ego? And because of that his game is now a failing project? You can't come up with this BS even if you tried...

Well it was about two or three people. I've also copied and saved the LONG message with the trauma explanation, the main one, because it was so revealing to me. I wanted to use it in a general discussion about netorare because the guy explains that some people do really suffer PTSD when there is netorare in any form inside a VN so they want it to be not present at all, not even avoidable because that is not helping their condition. Carbon seemed moved by those complainers and that's where the story rewriting happened and enshittification happened.
I don't like that because the fun part for me is trying to avoid the netorare by making the right choices, I play VNs without that strong emotional connection some people seem to have. Then I also play all the paths if the story is decent, I'm quite completionist.
I think Carbon initial ideas were good, the story without the explicit binary separation (NTR/no NTR) felt more engaging and complex, but it seems that all these changes did also have an impact on his inspiration.
