Only Julia shows up at night Every night and when I click no, it just resets until I click yes.... Fix?

I'm having the same issue and I have 0.38 final

Can you try out two things
send me a screen of the main menu and start a new game to see if she still pops up.
and by any chance did either save while this was happening.
Edit: also try downloading it again from the OP and see if that helps

Don't know why, because when I click on the one I posted, with the page parameter, it works fine.

But, because some seem to have somehow been sent to the wrong location, I went and adjusted all the links by removing the page parameters.

unfortunately nothing much can be done about it until the next update
best advice would be to download 0.37Final from the OP, use that to play pass that section and then carry on from there on 0.38.
or if you're ok to bypass 0.28 completely, you can download the "complete 0.28" save from the link in my signature.
