Players need to understand that other than really early in the game (aka the starter pre-sex events that puts relationship points on the board in the first place). All points are delivered after some sexual event. So when you use Relationship point cheats you are skipping out on some sexual event. And many of those events are also required to progress to later events.
Example: Mom's Pool Massage - Sure you could cheat and go right for the BJ but you would miss out on taking the picture needed to get Billy to make an introduction to the Shady Guy.
The only reason to use a relationship cheat is to regain points you already have acquired but lost due to going too far such as cumming in Mother in the Shower before you have Plan B pills. If you do you lose 50 relations with her which you could get back just as easily by repeating the point giving sexual events (mom visiting at Night is almost always good for point recovery) or using the cheat menu to add those points back.
I highly suspect that the MC will find out who his real mother is and learn he has already had sex with her plenty of times. Hence the name...The Twist!

how do i unlock the clothes shop? i followed this guide and by the time i need to use the cow suit. it's not even available.

The Twist has always been a stepcest at best. As for who the mom is it cant be Emma (obviously). My bet for in game characters is Kelly at the moment.

To talk to the shady man, you have to do a favor for Billy. 1st, talk to Billy each day till he asks for a favor, 2nd, do that favor and ask him how to make people talk, 3rd talk to shady man.
Fair warning without the mods you will find yourself swearing and cursing every God known to man because the grind is fucking awful. So just a fair warning about BB. Also just type corruption. You'll find both Corruption and Research into Corruption and both are pretty good. Boomatica has better animation, but Corruption has more ladies.

Well, I'm playing BB too but I don't consider it as similar to the twist, because the game is kinda linear, can't change the future with my decisions, I feel all depend on the dev. Moreover, it has NTR in the both the past and future, mom will have to become porn actress and have sex with many other man, so no point of kicking that scum Eric out of the house.
I feel it's kinda dump in that way.
For corruption, it is more brainless than the twist, but it has nice render and super erotic development of women around the MC. Besides, no need walkthrough for corruption, easy to play, easy to explore all the scenes. I really like it.

Yeah, the latter days of the gaming is fucking empty, i have to spend a lot of time just to skip days. I'm playing without mods, only using cheats because ppl said mods will make the game stuck at some points. Thanks for the recommendation btw.

I think it's odd to complain about grind in a thread about The Twist, where you can spend weeks where your only meaningful action is on a Thursday and it has a random chance of making you lose progress for no reason.
No problem if you like Honey select try Max's life. Its not bad and theres an update coming. Just be sure to follow the walkthrough.

Well theres an ingame cheat you can use and I just replayed to see, with cheats, how long it would take to get all the available content. I got through it all within 3 hours. Could have been faster but I was binge watching stranger things. You know how long it took me with BB? I rage quit after 6 hours of getting almost nothing. It also made hate Erics for awhile.
Yeah it seems to be a common theme with Honey select. I will say Boomatica tries to make his characters different which is nice.And those games are copying each other's characters
