Go to jason's room. a tab on right side of screen allows you to call Adrian. If you don't have the tab probably have not finished the tasks before that.

Me too. Relations with Danielle are 45, I cannot talk to Mom and if I go to Danielle's house it says I shouldn't bother her.

Had the same problem...I went to the beach and waited for Janice and Danielle to appear together...then I talked to mom on the living room and now I can knock on danielle's door...hope it works for you too

So I found out what my problem was, I was testing the solution charenton mentionned and it turned out that when i played 0.19 it had a save bug or something so i didnt save all the stuff i did in 0.19 thus the dialogue option did not come up.
