I have the game downloaded, but im not actually sure what application i need in order to run it. How do I run this game?

You use either Winrar or 7zip to unpack the file.
Then you open the file that was unpacked. Double click on the game's .exe (executable) file, "The Twist" (the one with the icon for the game), and voila!
Also, please make sure you're running on a system capable of handling it, particularly in regards to graphics.
Post your specs if you're not sure.

Not sure if new bug or what, anyone else have the game not progress at all at the 3some with Janice and the sister by the pool. Regardless if I choose Janice or the sister it gets to a point where he just keeps poppin whoevers pussy he's in but no option to do anything like the normal "come inside" or "pull out", I mean I don't want to ruin his fun but his dong's gonna get raw and i'm tryin to save the bastard some painful scabbing. Just have to close and open a save.

20. Catch Julia in the Dining room. Choose "Sit next to her". You have a talk about a password for a phone.
21. Go to the Living room while Julia is taking a shower (21:00, 22:00 and between 8:00 and 10:00 on weekends). Click on her phone.
Click on "Enter password..." and enter "Rick". Finally click on "OK".
