I messaged KsT on Patreon and he said there will be more with Billy and Janice, but it is not a high priority. Many patrons don't like Billy, so he doesn't get much for updates. Personally I do want to see more. I would like the cosplay scene to be expanded and beach scene. I would like it if Janice got dp other than with passed out John. Maybe even Billy and Janice alone!

I don't know how his patrons would react, but on here alone, that would probably set this thread on fire, and not in a good way unfortunately.
So long as it's purely optional content though, I say go for it.

Hey guys! I have a problem, when i try to make janice give blowjob to jason at the pool and julia sees it, after completing the next two steps like talking with julia and the talking with janice about the incident and then telling billy about the bj, the next day or supposedly next to next day, billy is supposed to be near the pool area for peeping but all it plays is the julia catching jason and janice scene over and over again, am I missing a flag of some sort here coz i played the previous versions and the chances of billy appearing were not that rare. You need to catch Julia leaving her room and talk to her, and tell a lie to go inside her room, then click to the wardrobe to hide and wait.

Not meaning to sound like I think you're being stupid, but make sure you're going to Janice's room at night.
Other than that, it's a random chance event.
Personally I'd prefer something more reliable as an alternative to the random chance percentages assigned to events, like certain times and certain days. Basically, how it was for the majority of things in earlier versions due to having fewer characters with events/interactions.
Say, the latex night was a weekend (Friday or Saturday nights) thing that Janice & Julia decided to do, or that Kira would appear in the shower at school on certain days and times. It would cut down on the frustration introduced by so much "randomness" with so many characters and, (fingers crossed) the majority of people using the walkthrough and asking questions/complaining about certain things not happening with certain stages of progression.
Alas, it is what it is.
With Janice I wouldn't worry about the 5 points. I have had this happen and it's because some scenes would give 5 and some 10, etc and you just get one before the other and it won't let you get the other 5. No biggie with her. With Rachel, I think around this spot you have to get her gifts from your computer. I think there is shoes and maybe lingerie (sorry been awhile since I did this part). But that should get her points up. Also if all else fails you can go in the hallway outside Julia's room in the afternoon and use the cheats to add points.
