Man of the house uses pre-rendered images and animations, not real-time rendered 3D environments and characters with lighting, reflections and lots of other hardware reliant graphical niceties.
It's like the difference between Wolfenstein3D and Doom (2016)
The images are very much a product of the Video card you are playing it on since the images are rendered on the fly on your GPU.
And if he added much more detail and upped the polygons to make for a more realistic rendering, nearly 75% of the people trying to play this game couldn't without a $400 video card.
What I wish he would do is create a super fine rendering setting for those of us that do have the hardware to get a better image but I think he found a happy medium...If you want to see realistic images then play the game for awhile and then turn on porn!
Games are actually meant to entice not for actual Fap Focus!

I run this game in 4k on Ultra. I enjoy the real 3D not quasi 2D renders, there's plenty of that stuff out there. This one is a unique gem in a sea of mediocrity. Milfy City is the except on the 2.5D genre.

Oh. Well that makes sense I guess. I'm using a gtx1070, but I doubt most people are.
Given the ridiculous price hikes because of all the crypto-mining, and the pretty insane cost of DDR4 RAM, even cobbling together a low-to-mid range rig is a hell of a lot more expensive than it used to be... Yes, it does make me cry a little bit whenever I go price hunting for substantial upgrades :teary:

Yeah so... with all the glitches. I've started, restarted, restarted, restarted, restarted, restarted, restarted, restarted, used game saves, mixed slashed matched, regedit, game cheats, save editor to try and get all the game content only to finally realize I'm trying to unfeck a five gallon bucket of hexadecimal pigeon shit, that shouldn't be fecked in the first place. I've pulled my Patreon support, figured I've helped out roughly over $160 for a game that isn't even completely currently playable. Enjoy the dole money, I'm done with it (Drop Mic)
