There won't be any typical roommates. In the patreon version your old family will be a befriended family (you knew them since your childhood, like a second family) and live with them and in the non-patreon version, yeah same as before

We don't know if the non patreon version will be a full game release or a patch. Personally i think that it will be a patch for the censored version.

A patch would be much simpler, so I assume a patch as well. I don't mind though, it's a better solution than what Icstor came up with, which is to give up and develop a brand new game.

It all depends on how much of the game he plans on changing. He is lucky its early with not too much content and some things like incest is easy to patch in. Other questionable (patreon) content might have him redo certain scenes or just remove them if he wants to appease any agent that might play the game to review it.
