You need to be an gangmember and play the 10pm livingroom event with nicole. Choose there love or corruption and go with her to the basement at 11pm. Then you can have the event on the weekend. You may have to do it again, when the trigger won’t work (like in an old save).

That‘s the NTR event. To see that you need to see the NTR event at your first date with Nicole and then finish the weekend with doing just 2 events or less.

Edit : I did ( again ) first date with Nicole, watched the NTR scene in the toilet, did second date ( the corruption one ) but no new repeatable NTR scene triggered ( I already saw the NTR scene in the subway with Peter and joined but per the change log this one is not repeatable ). I did that for 2 weeks.
I even extracted the images and didn't find any scene that I currently didn't see.

I think this is how the mechanics work for corruption

basically:

Corruption - Nicole - 60-70 I think, Alexis - 100, Cassandra- 70 I think to get all corrupted scenes.

1) High corruption + 5 or lower relationship = This will trigger NTR scenes no matter what.
2) High corruption + 5 or more relationship (when it's not in red) = Corruption scenes with the MC and said character.

It's all about the relationship score.

Just have the corruption to 100 for each girl (because corrupting Alexis and Irina takes fucking ages - unless you wanna keep grinding out the show porn, scare her etc scenes) and adjust the relationship score to 5 or below or to 5 or more to trigger the 2 different versions of corruption scenes (MC or NTR).

Example:

Nicole:

- 5 or lower - I would see Davide fucking Nicole in the shower and Davide fucking Nicole in the kitchen at 2am.
- 5 or higher - I would get a handjob from Nicole in the shower instead and Davide fucking Nicole in the kitchen wouldn't be triggered.
