They don't really break up and there is no threesome with the young sister. As for the second event with her, you must have more love than corruption.

Now I have a question : how did you manage to get Cassandra multiple times in the basement ( the event where you have to choose an outfit for her ) ?

@MonsieurX In my play through if you talk to Little Sister at 8 AM, then right away Big Sister ask you about joining the gang at 9AM. This happens all the time.

Cannot seem to get cassandras second basement event not sure if i did it the first time and don't really want to start a new game

i think because my corruption is higher than love for her I usually see her every day 7 am or 8 am in the kitchen despite the fact that she is not shown there in the mini icon

I did talk to her at 9AM in the kitchen but it didn't trigger her basement event. I will try again.

2nd event love has to be greater then 50, while corruption is lower. It worked for me when I lowered her corruption.
