Hmm, I must be doing something wrong, for some reason despite having done the first dates with Nicole and Cassandra both the love and corruption path, and right now my corruption points with them are higher than love points, I just can't unlock the corruption date with Nicole nor the love date with Cassandra. But I have taken Cassandra to the basement to show the rest that she's my slut now but it isn't successful. I think it will be successful only if I can take Nicole there to show that she's my slut too, but I can't unlock the corruption date...

If by corruption date you mean NTR, then you must have very low love points for a specific character like 5 love or less. It drops every day after sleep or you can cheat the game and decrease love points.

No no, corruption date, NTR date is different.
Corruption date is the one where you first make dinner but then you take her to the basement and you fuck her all night long.
Love date is the one where you have sex with her in her own bedroom.
