I cannot do the Basement Date with Nicole. I did the Date, fucked her, then had the "Cassandra in the basement, but NIcole doesnt want her to join"-Event. (Also the drugging her and then she pukes thing) And now I am stuck. The Second Date (The corruption one with Nicole) is eternally greyed out.

She has 146 corruption and 71 Relationship, 17 Love.

What am I missing?

Drugging her isn't the corruption event you need to do to unlock the Second Corruption Date. You need to NOT drug her and then select the corruption option after that. If you do that and you are a full gangmember the Second Date (Corruption) should be unlocked.

Technically only impregnation is implemented, since you can choose to cum inside or not and if you do choose to cum inside, then the girl could possibly get pregnant, chances increasing each each date and each time you do that.
But, the girls getting pregnant hasn't been implemented yet, so only technical impregnation so far.
