Its at the gym so you may need to go there when there at the gym. (I have not seen it yet.)

How to unlock all dresses?

requirements should be listed in the shop. the two corruption dresses require being admitted into the gang and having the first basement scene with mother, in addition to having corruption at a certain level for each of them. the two love dresses require love to be at a certain level for each, and possibly the second date for one of them. i am hazy on the details, but as i said it is listed in the store where you buy them. if you can't buy them in the store then you might not be far enough along in the story. they are not cheap in either case, so unless you are cheating you wouldn't have money at such a point anyway.
