Yeah, if you unpack the game you'll see that the only things in the part 2 folder are the shower event pictures.

Of course. Do the red choices for corruption and green for love. Once you have enough of points, content will be unlocked. Only basement outing, and sex scene when MC is sending out Bruce will play according to path where you have more points.
Scenes in basement at 11 pm, will play according to path where you have more points, but as they are repeatable, you can change scene with adjusting points. Same goes for Cassandra's second date, (love only), you must have more love points in order to trigger. For Nicole you can chose both, as far as you have enough of points (100).
