If you mean the NTR status in you mobile phone, you need click up thumb before each NTR scenes, like at 3pm downstair bath room, if Nicole's relationship lower than 4, you will see Davide and Nicole in there, but before you open the door, there would a question you like NTR or not, click the up thumb and the status will be like. And the same situation for Alexis.

They are Level 4 reward pictures from the the Dev, sometime they are used in S A Z mod. If you haven't played the mod I would recommend to do so.
Of course, that's how they start off it's up to you how they end up.
Although at the moment you can't unless you have a copy of the 0.71 version of the game. Though S A Z is hard at work on updating the mod, seems he's nearly done with the 0.75 version.
If you mean on event where nicole, bruce and davide are in the basement, you cant enter because that event is not in the game.
Yeah I figured it out just before I saw your post but it seems that scene is divided in two parts in ntr version, first part is with davide doing irine while alexis run away at the end while there is also a scene where alexis joins them in a threesome but for that part I'm yet to discover how to trigger it.
