No I don't think so. They become "your gang" and are corrupted to be submissive sex slaves to the mc. However, they seem willing and will let the mc do what he wants without complaint. Remember the basement scene with Nicole and Cassandra? I'm sure you can pull that off with Alexis and get a harem.
With the love route, the difference is that they act differently. They will drop hints, initiate sexual encounters with the mc, and generally act like girlfriends. I don't know how the love route affects the harem. It should not but it might.
AFAIK, the only thing that can get you into a bad spot are the interactions with Davide and the gang. If it's NTR on and you've got a good relationship with the gang but a negative one with the girls, that's where you're in the gang but get little to no sex. Negative relationship with both results in you being a voyeur with no chance of getting anything unless the relationships change.
Saddog is supposedly working on the update where the mc can eliminate the gang. Not sure how that's gonna affect anything. We need the dude to get an update out.

I really hope he gets back soon... or atleast give some sign of life. either he took his christmas break early or he lost all connection with this game. and maybe he will return once he is losing to much patreons..

In my opinion the update will not be released this month or next. The reason for that is he has to rebuild the whole game on the code side.

I like this game a lot but renders and story aren't as high quality to not release an update for almost 4 months. Most of the devs that delay a lot are extremely high quality renders like Icstor.

A Family Venture, It's has a very similar tematic, your father end ups in jail so you have to take care of your family from the mafia, and make weekly payments, or your mom pays for it in other ways
It's also in development but i think that so far the story and characters make much more sense than the ones of the Tyrant, but i like a ton more the Tyrant models and i also like more the tyrant because it was one of the first porn games i played
But whit a little bit more time i think A Family Venture could be a great game
Update is in fifth or sixth post at page 744, but don't forget to check the spoilers, I think one of the mods is trying to hide it.

The only thing that can be accurately predicted is that saddo will release the game on his own terms. When is anybody's guess. With the situation the way it is, the lack of constant communication, the complexity and bugs it brings, and a healthy dose of reality, my bet is on a partial release within a few weeks. But I'm not confident enough to put money behind this. I do know one thing. I do like saddo's stories and art and look forward to it. Let's let him tell his story and hope it's the full update and the bugs get ironed out.
