When you find out they are pregnant, make sure you go to your room and click on "fast forward to late pregnancy" then you can have sex with them while they are pregnant.

Otherwise you can't.

Nicole's pregnant scene will trigger at the parents room around 6pm, not automatically but click on the event.

Hard mode? What's that? You don't get any? Or it's hard to get any?

In the option in your room you can turn hard mode on which is just mega NTR stuff

only the first part i think. i dont find any new event except the pregnancy

Yup, says so in the opening post. You can disable it completely or enable it completely depending on what you prefer.

Yeah I did that like way many many updates ago.
It's kinda fast compared to everything else.

It all sounds typical for this one: fix(?) one bug (Maybe!), introduce 3-15 more.

Anyone's 8.5 saves working? Loading from my saves shows Nicole naked at breakfast with an image file not found error.
I don't really feel like replaying from the beginning if there hasn't been any story(?) advancement (that works).

There's only new events concerning pregnancy, no new stories.
And in the love path I think that the pregnancy event doesn't show for Nicole.

So I'm kinda stuck with the delivery quest. I take the package, I wait till it's tuesday/thursday, but there is no subway icon, checked every single hour and even every other day at every hour but the subway icon is never there and I can't complete the quest. Am I missing something here?
